Nebula Power Battery Pack EOL Test System is designed to detect and validate any potential faults or security issues that may arise during the assembly of high-power Li-ion batteries, encompassing all the essential function and performance tests, thus ensuring the product’s safety and reliability.

 

Unlike traditional integrated solutions, the Nebula EOL Test Device has been completely designed and manufactured by Nebula’s R&D team, utilizing a modular design so that customers can configure the board to their own specifications.

 

The system offers a one-stop operation, automatically scanning the customer name, product name, product information, and serial number by scanning the battery pack barcode; and automatically assigning the battery pack to the corresponding test procedure.

Dynamic test with cycling test equipment: HPPC test, DCR test, Pack dynamic data test, SOC current regulation, capacity test, BMS current accuracy test etc.
MES seamless computing: Adopting powerful data computing function, it can be seamlessly connected to MES system, uploading test data and test report, searching and querying test data, as well as monitoring the operation status of production line in real time, so as to improve the automation level and promote efficiency of the production line.
